Lao Cooking School (Luang Prabang, Laos)

I did a cooking class in Luang Prabang, which was wonderful. I learned how to make chicken stuffed lemongrass, lao soup, fish steamed in banana leaves, spicy lao tomato dip, and coconut sticky rice.
